Okay, wait. What did I want to comment on this? Oh yes, now I remember.
This is probably the first fic I've read where Junmyeon is a delinquent? I mean, delinquent is not the same as a bad character, of course, but in most fics, Junmyeon is this good kid, the type you'd show off to parents and grandparents and maybe puppies and villains too and they'd instantly love him. But this. This kind of Junmyeon is new to me and I love it.
Normally, it's the other way around. Jongin is the delinquent and Junmyeon is the good achiever kid, but this fic has their characters turned upside down and I honestly think that's hard. There's a given stereotype in fanfics that your characters should have personalities/actions that are aligned to how the fandom perceives that character so I think it's hard for fanfic authors to demolish that kind of stereotype in the readers' brains. You manage to destroy that kind of stereotype though if you ask me.
The introduction with Junmyeon smoking was so hot. Then Jongin coming into the scene and then sharing their past and just it's so sweet how Jongin is so protective of Junmyeon despite looking like the weaker one. Again, I'm talking about stereotypes and I just love how this fic keeps on breaking them. Jongin is clearly the stronger one between them lbr.
Lastly, dude. You turned Xingxing to a Grandpa. How to feel over that. (He's so wise grandpa!) and discipline teacher Park Chanyeol. Oh how he can discipline me every night. :3
